354-2269     Implement Software Gp     1     IT62H    The new implement software will recalculate the snubbing value of the cylinder and the software will shut off the valve command on any stop or at the end of cylinder travel. The software also monitors desired engine speed and actual engine speed. When the actual engine speed becomes too low, the implements will be derated in order to prevent the engine from stalling. The new software will alleviate the possibility of a stalled engine that may occur when the implement is operated at low engine idle.Note: A new configuration has been added to the implement Electronic Control Module (ECM) within Electronic Technician in order to allow the Engine Antistall Control to be disabled if operating performance is noticeably reduced and stalling of the engine is not common on that specific machine. When the engine throttle is above 1100 rpm, the software will disable any reduced commands for the implement and the software will allow full pump load.Other changes are the following:
In order to help support engine idle shutdown, the float and the lift detent are disabled when the engine is automatically shutdown.
The Electronic Technician will display calibration information for the sensor on the lift linkage and for the sensor on the tilt linkage.
On loaders that are equipped with a log loader arrangement, the software provides the support for 334-0336 Power Train Software Gp in order to prevent the ride control from being disabled during dumping.The new software is adaptable to the following machines:
