8. Route and clip the 213-7008 Harness As. as shown in Image 1.4.1. The 6 connector part of the harness routes to the front of the pilot valve (M). The harness with the larger diameter wire connects to the 232-3242 pilot reducing valve. The harness should lay out in the order of connection for both front and back of valve (N). Route and clip all hoses and harnesses in their original clipping locations to prevent interference (O).

9. Route the two hoses and one tube to the same port locations as originally installed as shown in Image 1.5.1. Route the 233-6681 Hose As. (P) from the left P3 port on pilot valve to hydraulic filter. Route the 232-3178 Hose As. (Q) from the tee in right T port on pilot valve to the tee fitting on bottom rear of implement valve. Route the 232-3181 Tube As. (R) from tee in right T port on pilot valve to the T port on pilot reducing valve (232-3242).

Section 2 - Implement Software Rework Procedure:
1. Manually record the configuration status for the implement ECM into the following ECM Configuration Record.
2. Install 291-4918 implement software on the machine.
3. Before calibrating or confirming machine configuration in software, turn the key switch off and then remove the 227-3127 code plug found behind the seat next to the implement ECM as shown in Image 1.6.1. Replace the D10T code plug, part number 227-3127, with a D11 code plug, part number 153-6280.
SPECIAL If a D11 code plug is not available, you can temporarily modify the D10T code plug on the tractor to act as a D11 code plug. See Section 3 for more information. Insert the modified D10T code plug in the location of the 153-6280 D11 code plug and proceed to step 4.

4. Turn the key back on with the 153-6280 code plug installed, and leave the key on for 30 seconds.
5. Turn the key switch off, wait 30 seconds and remove the 153-6280 code plug. Re-install the original 227-3127 code plug.
SPECIAL If the D10T code plug was modified to act as a D11 code plug during step 3 above, be absolutely certain to modify the code plug back to the D10T configuration as depicted in Image 1.10.1. Failure to modify the code plug back to the D10T configuration will cause the ripper modulation performance improvements to not be realized.
6. Turn the key switch back on and check the configurations for the Implement ECM. Make sure that the configuration parameters match the information recorded in Step 1. If necessary, modify the configurations.
The key switch needs to be turned off for 30 seconds between each ECM configuration update if any configuration parameters are changed.
7. Perform the following calibrations to the applicable attachments:
a. Control Lever Calibrations
b. Blade Solenoid Calibrations
