Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the front bottom guard.
Remove the left engine side cover.
Personal injury can result from hot coolant, steam and alkali.At operating temperature, engine coolant is hot and under pressure. The radiator and all lines to heaters or the engine contain hot coolant or steam. Any contact can cause severe burns.Remove cooling system pressure cap slowly to relieve pressure only when engine is stopped and cooling system pressure cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not attempt to tighten hose connections when the coolant is hot, the hose can come off causing burns.Cooling System Coolant Additive contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for draining and filling procedures.

Remove bolts (1) .

Remove clips (3) and position the hoses out of the way.
Remove bracket (2) .

Remove brackets (4) and bolts (6) .
Remove clips (8) and disconnect hose (5) .
Remove four bolts (9) and three bolts (10) . Remove top bracket (7) .

Radiator (Engine) removed for photographic purposes.

Disconnect hoses (12) and hose (14) from radiator (11) .
Remove bolts (13) . Remove radiator (11) .Installation Procedure
Install radiator (11) in the reverse order of removal.
