Install tube assembly (35), clamp (38), and clamp (36).
Connect hose assembly (37).

Position tube assembly (30) and install clamp (34).
Install clamp (32).
Position strap (33) and tighten bolts (31) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).

Position guard (29).
Start bolts (26) and leave loose.
Start nuts (29) on the clamp on guard (29) and leave loose.
Install bolt (27), tighten bolts (26), and nuts (29).

Install bolt (24) and the clip.
Install bolt (25) and the clip.

Position adapter (22) and install bolts (21).

Connect hose (18) and tighten clamp (19).

Tighten clamp (13) and clamp (14).
Position strap (16) and tighten bolts (15) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).

Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.
