Installation Procedure
Note: Make sure that all the parts of the turbocharger are free from dirt and debris prior to the assembly. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install four new O-ring seals (15) on coupler (14) .
Lubricate the bore of turbocharger (12) and the new O-rings with engine oil.
Install coupler (14) .
Install four new O-ring seals (16) on elbow (17) .
Lubricate the bore of turbocharger (12) and the new O-rings with engine oil.
Install elbow (17) .

Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to turbocharger (12) .

Use the hoist in order to install turbocharger (12). The weight of turbocharger (12) is 32 kg (70 lb).
Install four bolts (13) .
Remove the lifting sling and the hoist.

Install oil tube (11) .
Install two bolts (10) .

Install oil tube (9) .
Install two bolts (8) .
Install clamp (7) .

Install outlet elbow (5) .
Install two bolts (4) .
Tighten two clamps (6) .

Install air inlet tube (2) to air cleaner housing (1) .
Install four bolts (3) .End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
