HOSE AS 4371151 - Caterpillar

Install either tooling (A) or tooling (B) on pressure tap (R) .
Start the engine. Make sure that the parking brake is fully engaged. Operate the engine at LOW IDLE.
Leave all controls in the HOLD position.
The reading on the gauge should be approximately 3000 kPa (435 psi). The reading is the pump pressure that is produced in the low pressure standby condition. If the pressure reading is below 2100 kPa (305 psi) or above 3600 kPa (520 psi), check the margin pressure setting.
Adjustments to the pump output should not be made based on the results of this test. If the results are not correct, the "Margin Pressure Test" should be run.High Pressure Stall Test
Remove the operator seat and the floorplates.
Connect one end of the hoses from tooling (A) or tooling (B) to pressure taps (R) and (P) .
Connect the other ends of the hoses to tooling (C). Connect the hose for pressure tap (R)
