Remove the belt tightener. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Belt Tightener - Remove".

Remove four bolts (1) and the washers that secure cover (2) to idler pulley (3). Remove cover (2) and the gasket from idler pulley (3).

Remove two bolts (4) and the washers that secure retaining washer (5) to the shaft. Remove retaining washer (5) from the shaft. Remove idler pulley (3) from the shaft.

Position idler pulley (3), as shown. Remove roller bearing (6) from idler pulley (3).

Remove spacer (7) from idler pulley (3).

Reposition idler pulley (3), as shown. Remove lip seal (8) from idler pulley (3).

Remove relief fitting (18) from belt arm assembly (16). Remove dowel (17) in order to remove shaft (10) from belt arm assembly (16). Remove shaft (10) from belt arm assembly (16).
