Loosen wing bolts (1) on the front of the radiator. Remove screen (2) from the radiator.

Check the radiator fins for debris.
Remove dust and debris from the radiator fins and from screen (2) of the radiator.Compressed air is preferred, but high pressure water or steam can be used to remove dust and general debris from a radiator. Clean the radiator according to the condition of the radiator.See Special Publication, SEBD0518, "Know Your Cooling System" for more detailed information about cleaning radiator fins.
Install screen (2) for the radiator with wing bolts (1) .Machines with a Swing Out Hydraulic Oil Cooler

Unlatch the engine hood and raise the engine hood.
Open the access door on the left side of the machine.

Remove bolts (1) and washers (2) (4 positions), and open support (3) upward.

(4) Bolts (5) Washers (6) Hydraulic oil cooler
Remove bolts (4) and washers (5) (4 positions).

(6) Hydraulic oil cooler (7) Radiator
Tilt hydraulic oil cooler (6) outward.
Check for accumulated dust in the fins of hydraulic oil cooler (6) and radiator (7) .
Clean the fins of the hydraulic oil cooler and radiator with compressed air, pressurized water or steam.
Clean the radiator screen with compressed air, pressurized water or steam. Refer to "Machines without a Swing Out Hydraulic Oil Cooler".
After cleaning, tilt hydraulic oil cooler (6) and support (3) to the original position.
When hydraulic oil cooler (6) and support (3) are back into position, tighten the bolts to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft).
