(1) AU-C12 Connector (2) TB Connectors (3) AU-C1 Connector
Remove jumper wire TB-AP1 to TB-7. Discard the wire.
Locate orange wire 7-RAD on TB-7. Remove the wire from TB-7. Then, terminate wire on TB-AP1.Note: Keep wire RAD-1BN on TB-1B-.
Locate black wire SES-1BN on TB-1B-. Remove black wire SES-1BN from TB-1B-. Terminate black wire SES-1BN on TB-SP2.
Install the following new gray 14AWG wires from the DIO 40pin connector:
Gray wire AU-C12-4 to TB-SP1
Gray wire AU-C12-14 to TB-SP2
Gray wire AU-C12-24 to TB-SP3
Gray wire AU-C12-34 to TB-SP5
Connect a jumper wire between TB-SP4 and TB-SP5.
Remove the following wires and insulate the following wires:
Wire 202 from relay FPT-11
Wire 202 from AU-C1-27Place the wires aside in a neat fashion.Note: AU-C1-27 is a 40-pin connector that is mounted in the bottom of the box for the controls on the left side.
WireF407 from TB-6
Locate black wire BC3-1BN on TB-1B-. Remove wire from TB-1B- and terminate wire on TB-SP1.
Install a new gray 14AWG wire from relay FPT-11 to TB-SP1.
Install a new gray 14AWG wire from AU-C1-27 of the 40-pin connector that is mounted in the bottom of box for the controls on the left side to TB-SP3.
Install a new gray 14AWG wire from relay HSDR-21 to TB-SP4.
Install new gray 14AWG wire from relay HSDR-24 to TB-7.
Locate black wire MSA-1BN on TB-1B-. Remove the wire from TB-1B- and terminate the wire on TB-SP4.
Locate black wire FTR-1BN on TB-1B-. Remove the wire from TB-1B- and terminate the wire on TB-SP5.Verifying And Testing The Inputs Of The DIO Module
Activate each input that is wired to a device by operating the device or jumpering across the contact for the device that is being

Gray wire AU-C12-34 to TB-SP5
Connect a jumper wire between TB-SP4 and TB-SP5.
Remove the following wires and insulate the following wires:

Install new gray 14AWG wire from relay HSDR-24 to TB-7.
