All 375 Hydraulic Excavators are shipped with Stick not installed. When you install the stick on the machine and during the first operation on the Bucket Cylinder there is a risk to damage the Piston and the Piston Seals due to air inside the cylinder (burned seals, Dieseling phenomenom).Solution:
To avoid the Dieseling phenomenom during the starting of new cylinder on the front parts.1) Extend SLOWLY and completely the Rod of the Bucket Cylinder without pressure action at the end of the Stroke.2) Act Bucket Cylinder slowly to do a minimum of five complete movements in each way before to work normally with the machine.
