Main control valve (front view) (9) Bucket control valvePilot pump (21) sends pilot system oil through line (18) to pilot manifold (17) . The pilot system oil then flows through line (4) to the following components: the proportional valve (bucket cylinder rod end) (6) and the proportional valve (bucket cylinder head end) (16) .When the joystick for the bucket is operated, an electrical signal from the joystick is sent to the machine electronic control module. The machine electronic control module energizes the proportional valve for bucket cylinder head end (16) .When the proportional valve for bucket cylinder head end (16) is energized, the spool in bucket control valve (9) shifts. The oil delivery from the main pumps flows from passage (10) through bucket control valve (9) , load check valve (12) , flow compensator valve (8) , passage (11) , and passage (13) . The oil delivery from the main pumps in passage (13) then flows through line (2) to the head end of bucket cylinder (1) .The oil from the rod end of bucket cylinder (1) flows through line (3) , bucket control valve (9) , and passage (14) to return line (15) . The return oil then flows back to the hydraulic filters and the hydraulic tank.BUCKET OPEN
The BUCKET OPEN operation is similar to the BUCKET CLOSE operation.When the joystick for the bucket is operated, an electrical signal from the joystick is sent to the machine electronic control module. The machine electronic control module energizes the proportional valve for bucket cylinder rod end (6) .When the proportional valve for bucket cylinder rod end (6) is energized, the spool in bucket control valve (9) shifts. The oil delivery from the main pumps flows from passage (10) through bucket control valve (9) , load check valve (12) , flow compensator valve (8) , and passage (11) . Oil then flows through line (3) to the rod end of bucket cylinder (1) .The oil from the head end of bucket cylinder (1) flows through line (2) , bucket control valve (9) , and passage (14) to return line (15) . The return oil then flows back to the hydraulic filters and the hydraulic tank.
