Assembly Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or damage. Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary.

Assemble the check valve. Install O-ring seals (20) and (25). Install stop (21), spring (22), shims (23), and valve (24). Install setscrew (16), washer (18), and nut (17) in flange (19). Bend the locking tab on washer (18).
Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

Position cover (15) and the O-ring seal and install bolts (14). Install plug (13) and the O-ring seal. Position cover (12) and install bolts (11).

Install O-ring seal (7). Position pipe assembly (10) and install bolts (9). Position cover (8) and install bolts (6).

Install O-ring seal (5). Position cover (4) and install bolts (3). Position flange (2) and install bolts (1).
