1. Disconnect four tube assemblies (1) from the valve.2. Disconnect tube assemblies (4) and (5) from the valve. Remove the O-ring seals from the tube assemblies.3. Remove three bolts (2) and steering clutch relief valve (3).4. Remove the four O-ring seals from under the valve. Check the condition of the seals. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.Install Steering Clutch Relief Valve (Direct Drive And Special Application)
1. Install four O-ring seals (3) in the steering clutch control valve. Put clean oil on the seals.2. Put steering clutch relief valve (1) in position on the steering clutch control valve and install the three bolts that hold it.3. Install new O-ring seals (2) in the two tube assemblies. Put clean oil on the seals. 4. Connect four tube assemblies (4) to the valve.5. Connect tube assemblies (5) and (6) to the valve.end by:a) install fuel tankDisassemble Steering Clutch Relief Valve (Direct Drive And Special Application)
start by:a) remove steering clutch relief valve (direct drive and special application) 1. Remove bolts (2) and cover (1) from the valve. 2. Check the condition of the O-ring seal in the cover. If the seal has damage, use a new part for replacement. 3. Remove spring (5), spacers (4) and valve assembly (3) from the housing. 4. Remove slug (10) from the valve assembly.5. Remove ring (9) with tool (A). Remove retainer (8), spring (7) and plunger (6) from the valve. 6. Remove spiral ring (12) and plug (11) from the housing. Check the condition of the O-ring seal on the plug. If the seal has damage, use a new part for replacement.Assemble Steering Clutch Relief Valve (Direct Drive And Special Application)
1. Make sure all of the parts of the relief valve are clean and free of dirt. Put clean oil on all the inside parts of the valve. 2. Install a new O-ring seal on plug (1). Install the plug in the housing. Install spiral ring (2). 3. Assemble the valve assembly as follows: a) Install plunger (3), spring (4) and retainer (5) in the valve. Install ring (6) with tool (A).b) Install slug (7) in the valve. 4. Install valve (8), original amount of spacers (9) and spring (10) in the housing as shown. 5. Install the O-ring seal on cover (11) and install the cover on the housing.end by:a) install steering clutch relief valve (direct drive and special application)Remove Steering Clutch Hydraulic Control Valve (Direct Drive And Special Application)
