2. Disconnect three hose assemblies (1) from the sequence relief valve. Put plugs in the hoses to keep dirt out. 3. Remove bolts (3) that hold the sequence relief valve to the torque divider. Remove sequence relief valve (2). Remove the two O-ring seals from the valve housing. Check the condition of the seals. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.Install Sequence Relief Valve (Power Shift)
1. Install two new O-ring seals in the valve housing. Put clean oil on the seals. Put the valve (1) in position on the torque divider and install the bolts that hold it. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 40 4 lb.ft. (55 5 N m). 2. Connect three hose assemblies (2) to the valve.3. Install the floor plate.Disassemble Sequence Relief Valve (Power Shift)
start by:a) remove sequence relief valve (power shift) 1. Remove O-ring seals (1) from the valve housing. Check the condition of the seals. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.2. Remove bolts (2) and cover (3). 3. Remove spacers (13), spring (8), spring (7), stop (6), valve spool (5) and spacer (4) from the housing.4. Remove spacers (12), spring (11) and valve spool assembly (10) from the housing. Put identification on all spacers for correct installation.5. Remove O-ring seals (9) from the housing. Check the condition of the seals. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.6. Disassemble valve spool assembly (10) as follows: a) Remove slug (19) from the spool. Remove snap ring (18) with tool (A). Remove retainer (17), spring (16) and plunger (15) from valve spool (14). 7. Remove two covers (20) and the O-ring seals under the cover. Check the condition of the seals. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement.Assemble Sequence Relief Valve (Power Shift)
Before the valve is assembled, make sure all the parts of the valve are clean and free of dirt. Put clean oil on all the parts of the valve. 1. Install two O-ring seals (1) in the housing. Install the two covers over the O-ring seals.2. Assemble the valve spool assembly for the valve as follows: a) Install plunger (3) and spring (4) in valve spool (2). Install retainer (5). Install snap ring (6) with tool (A). Install slug (7) in the spool.3. Install two O-ring seals (14) in the valve housing. Install valve spool assembly (15), spring (16) and spacers (17). 4. Install spacer (8), valve spool (9), stop (10), spring (11), spring (12) and spacers (13) in the valve housing. 5. Install cover (20) and bolts (19).6.
