1. Disconnect rod assembly (1) for decelerator linkage at the pedal assembly.2. Remove the boot from the speed lever assembly on direct drive and special application machines. 3. Remove floor plate (2) from the machine.4. Open the panel assembly on the right side of the support and seat group. 5. Disconnect rod assembly (3) for the parking brake.6. Disconnect rod assemblies (4) and (5) for the hydraulic controls.7. Disconnect the linkage for the forward-reverse lever assembly and the flywheel clutch on direct drive and special application machines. 8. Remove guide (6) from the transmission control console on power shift machines only.
Make sure the cable assemblies are disconnected from the batteries.
9. Remove disconnect switch (7) from the support and seat group. 10. Remove eight bolts (8) that hold the support and seat group to the fenders on the machine. 11. Use forged eyebolts to fasten a hoist to the support and seat group. Fasten a hoist to the support and seat group and remove it slowly from the machine. The weight of the support and seat group (9) is 400 lb. (180 kg).
Do not cause damage to the battery support, filler spouts or shifting lever assemblies as the support and seat group is removed.
Install Support And Seat Group

1. Fasten a hoist to the support and seat group (1). Put the unit in position on the fenders of the machine. Install the eight bolts that hold it. 2. Install disconnect switch (2) in the support and seat group. 3. Install guide (3) for the transmission control console. 4. Connect two rod assemblies (5) and (6) for the hydraulic controls.5. Connect rod assembly (4) for the parking brake.6. Connect the forward-reverse lever assembly and the flywheel clutch linkages on direct drive and special application machines. 7. Install floor plate (7).8. Install the boot for the speed lever assembly on direct drive and special application machines. 9. Connect rod assembly (8) to the pedal for the decelerator control.end by:a) install Roll-Over Protective Structure (if so equipped)
