Filter Disassembly
start by:a) remove lift kickoutb) remove control valve1. Remove the bolts that connect filter base (3) to the bracket assembly.2. Remove filter bypass valve (2).3. Remove bolt (1) for the separation of filter case (4) and the element.Filter Assembly
1. Install a new filter element in filter case (4).2. Put the element and filter case (4) in the correct position in filter base (3) and install bolt (1). Torque for bolt (1) is 20 5 lb. ft. (25 7 N m).3. Install filter bypass valve (2).4. Install the filter on the bracket assembly.end by:a) install control valveb) install lift kickout
