Remove plate (15) and add the measured amount of shims from Step 52.
Install plate (15) .
Install six bolts (14) and the washers.
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).

Determine the shim pack for upper plate (24), as follows.
Tighten six bolts (23) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).Note: Do not tighten bolts (22) .
Position Tooling (G) through the small hole near the outside bolt pattern of plate (24) .
Measure the distance from the top of plate (24) to the upper surface of the frame.
Measure the thickness of plate (24) and subtract that amount from the original distance that was measured. This determines the amount of shims that is needed under plate (24) .

Remove plate (24) and add the measured amount of shims from Step 57.
Install plate (24) .
Tighten twelve bolts (22) to a torque of 240 40 N m (175 30 lb ft) and six bolts (23) to a torque of 530 70 N m (390 52 lb ft).

Put the bracket and neutralizing valve assembly (20) in place on the engine end frame.
Install bolts (21) .

Connect tube assemblies (19) .

Put bracket (17) and the remaining hoses in place on the non-engine end frame.
Install bolts (18) .
Connect hose assemblies (16) .

Lubricate the steering cylinder pin before installation.
Install steering cylinder pin (8) and pin retainer (7) .
Repeat step 71 for the installation of the remaining steering cylinder pin on the opposite machine side.

Connect hose assembly (4) to the implement and the brake hydraulic tank.
Install clamp (5) that secures hose assembly (4) to the engine end frame.
Connect three hose assemblies (6) .

Connect electrical harness (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank for the implement and the braking system. The capacity of the implement and braking hydraulic tank is 173 L (45 US gal).
Fill the hydraulic tank for the steering system and for the hydraulic fan. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank for the steering and hydraulic fan is 132 L (35 US gal).End By:
Install the center drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
Install the push arm and the blade. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Push Arms and Blade - Install".
