1. Fasten eyebolts and a hoist to the radiator guard and radiator.2. Remove the hood section from over the engine.3. Drain the coolant from the cooling system.4. Loosen clamps (7) and water outlet hose (3) from the radiator.5. Loosen clamps on the water inlet elbow and slide water inlet hose (5) down on the elbow.6. Remove brace (6).7. Remove fan guards (4).8. Disconnect wiring harness (1).9. Remove radiator mounting bolts (2).10. Remove radiator guard and radiator. Weight of the unit is 295 kg (650 lb.). Upon installation of the radiator guard and radiator, reverse the procedures of Steps 1 through 10.
