2. Remove bolts (1), cap (2) and shims (3) that connect the brace assembly to the blade. 3. Fasten a hoist to blade (3) to hold the blade away from the brace assembly. 4. Remove bolts (6), retainer (4) and pin (5). Remove the brace assembly. The weight of the brace assembly is 25 kg (55 lb.).Install Tilt Brace (815B)
1. Install the brace assembly on the push arm. Install pin (2), retainer (1) and the bolts.2. Fasten a hoist to the blade to hold the blade away from the brace assembly. Connect the brace assembly to the ball joint on the blade. 3. Install original shims (4), cap (3) and the bolts. Check to made sure the brace assembly does not bind. Add or remove minimum amount of shims until there is no end clearance.
