Attach Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) to radiator assembly (19) .
Position radiator assembly on the side.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (21) .
Position guard assembly (21) .
Install bolts (20) .
Repeat Step 17 through Step 19 for the opposite side.

Attach Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) to radiator assembly (19) .
Position radiator assembly (19) in the upright position.

Install shield assemblies (18) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to coolant tank (16) .
Position coolant tank (16). The weight of the coolant tank is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).
Install bolts (17) .

Connect hose (15). Tighten clamp (14) .
Connect hose (13) .
Connect hose (12) .
Tighten clamp (11) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hood (9) .
Position hood (9). The weight of the hood is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).
Install bolts (10) .

Connect harness assembly (8) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to ladder (4). Position the ladder. Install bolts (5) .

Repeat Step 36 and Step 37 for the opposite side.

Close panel (2) .
