Install guard assembly (35) .

If Necessary, install the O-ring seal in pin (34). Install Tooling (F) in pin (34). Use Tooling (F) in order to install pin (34). Measure dimension (X). Dimension (X) is the distance between pin (34) and the housing. Subtract 0.05 0.03 mm (0.002 0.001 inch) from dimension (X) in order to determine the thickness of shims (31) .
Install shims (31), cover (32), and bolts (33) .

Install O-ring seal (29) (not shown). Position tube assembly (27) with a suitable device. Install bolts (28). Remove the device from tube assembly (21) .
Connect hose assemblies (26) and (30) .

Use two people to install shaft (23). The weight of shaft (23) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Install gear assembly (22) .

Install shims (21) (not shown) and cover (20). Install bolts (19) .

Install support assembly (18) and the floodlight as a unit. Connect harness assembly (17) .

Connect hose assembly (15). Install clips (16) .

Connect plate (11) to the transmission. Connect hose assembly (14). Install relay switch (12). Connect harness assembly (13) .

Connect hose assembly (10). Install clips (9). Connect tube assemblies (8). Connect harness assembly (7) .

Position links (2) and (3) and cylinder (4). Install Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to pin assembly (1). Install pin assembly (1). Install plate (6) and the bolts. Connect grease hose assemblies (5). Remove Tooling (B) .

Remove the suitable cribbing from the scraper bowl. Remove Tooling (A) from the front of the tractor.
Install the secondary steering pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Secondary Steering) - Remove". Install the cushion-hitch pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Cushion-Hitch) - Install". Install the speed sensor group from the transmission. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Speed Sensor (Transmission) - Install". Install the transmission oil filter base. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Filter Base (Transmission) - Remove and Install". Install the power train guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Guard (Transmission) - Remove and Install".End By: Install the axles. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Axle Shaft - Remove and Install".
