Press "OK" to view the list of active and logged diagnostic codes.

The Messenger Diagnostics/Events List screen shows the following: SRC - SourceCODE - MID, CID, FMI, EID and WCIOCC - The number of occurrences of the codesACT - The fact that the code is activePress "OK" on any of the above to display the Diagnostic/Event screen.Note: If the code is active, there will be an "A" in the "ACT" column.

The Messenger Diagnostic/Event Detail screen will display the following:
Source of the failure
Code CID, FMI, EID and WCI
Failed component description
Type of failure description
