Air to air Aftercooler Compartment at Front of Operator Station (1) Fuse and relay panel (2) Washdown relay (3) Fuse "F19" (4) Fuse "F21" (5) Fuse "F20" (6) Fuse "F7"Fuse and relay panel (1) is mounted to the door of the compartment for the air to air aftercooler. This compartment is located at the front of the operator station. The compartment door provides access to these components. The fuse and relay panel contains the following fuses and relays, which are part of the washdown system:

Left Side of Machine (7) Washdown motor (8) Washdown pump (9) FilterElectric washdown motor (7) and washdown pump (8) are located on the left side of the machine. The left side compartment door provides access to these components.Washdown pump (8) is driven by washdown motor (7). When the motor is on, the pump draws fluid from the washdown tank through filter (9). In this case, flow from the pump is available to the washdown system.

Rear of Machine (10) Hose reel (11) Spray gun (12) Quick couplerHose reel (10) for the washdown system is located on the right side of the screed. Spray gun (11) connects to quick coupler (12) at the end of the hose. The spray gun can be stored on the right side of hose reel (10). When washdown pump (8) is operating, fluid is supplied directly to the hose.

Left Side of Machine (13) Fill port (14) Washdown tank (15) Sight glassWashdown tank (14) is located on the left side of the machine. The left side compartment door provides access to this component. The tank supplies fluid to the washdown system.Sight glass (15), installed on the front of washdown tank (14), can be used to check the fluid level in the tank. If the level is low, fluid can be added through fill port (13). The refill capacity of the washdown tank is 38 L (10 US gal).Note: If the machine has a washdown system but no washdown tank is installed, then the machines fuel tank supplies fluid to the washdown system.
