938K (S/N: SWL1730-UP)Prior to the installation of each seal, install a nylon block, which is provided with the kit, completely into each hollow end of the seal, as show in Illustration 1 and Illustration 2. The 341-9729 Seal Kit (1), right cab window seal kit, contains four nylon blocks and the 341-9792 Seal Kit (2), left cab window seal kit, contains three nylon blocks.When installing the seal kit, install both ends of the seal first, then work towards the middle of the seal to install.

Note: Do not cut the seals. The seals are cut to the proper length to allow for any shrinkage that may occur over timeAfter installation of the seals, you will need to secure the nylon block and seal to the window frame by using 113-8277 Screws (4).

(A) 28 mm (1.1 inch) (B) 5 mm (0.2 inch)At the exterior of the window frame, drill a 2 mm (0.079 inch) diameter pilot hole, approximately 3 mm (0.118 inch) deep, one at the top (Illustration 3) and one at the bottom (Illustration 4) of each exterior window frame.Then install 113-8277 Screws (4) hand tight.
