Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Disconnect harness assembly (1) from turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2).
Remove turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2) and the O-ring seal. Installation Procedure
Illustration 2 g01260320Note: Check the O-ring seal for wear or damage. If necessary, replace the O-ring seal.
Install the O-ring seal on turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2).
Install turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2). Tighten turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2) to a torque of 10 2 N m (88 18 lb in).
Connect harness assembly (1) to turbocharger outlet pressure sensor (2).
