Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Lower the temperature of the bearings for the lift arm prior to installation.

Use Tooling (B) to install the bearings into the loader frame end of the lift arm. Install the bearings to a depth of 9.5 1.0 mm (0.37 0.04 inch).

Use Tooling (C) to install the bearings into the lift cylinder pin bores. Install the bearings to a depth of 9.5 1.0 mm (0.37 0.04 inch).

Use Tooling (D) to install the bearings into the bucket end of the lift arm. Install the bearings to a depth of 9.5 1.0 mm (0.37 0.04 inch).

Use Tooling (E) and Tooling (F) to install lip seals (17) into both sides of lift arm (15).

Use a suitable lifting device to position lift arm (15) into position. The weight of lift arm (15) is approximately 1390 kg (3065 lb).

Install pin assembly (16), the spacer, the washer, and the bolt.
Repeat Step 7 for the pin assembly on the other side of the machine.

Use a suitable lifting device to lower the lift arm onto Tooling (A).

Install clips (14) and the brackets that secure harness assembly (13) to the lift arm.
Use bolts (11) to connect hose assembly (12).

Use bolts (9) to connect hose assembly (10).

Install fitting (8) and connect tube assembly (7).

Position lighting assembly (6) and install bolts (5).
Connect harness assemblies (4).

Use a suitable lifting device to position lift cylinder (3), as shown. The weight of lift cylinder (3) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb).
Install pin assembly (2), bolts (1), and the washers.
Remove the blocking from the frame that was used to support lift cylinders (3).
Repeat Steps 13 through 18 for the other side of the lift arm.
Raise the lift arm and remove Tooling (A). End By:
Install the lift position sensor and mounting. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Lift Position Sensor and Mounting (Lift Kickout Control - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Install".
Install the tilt lever. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever - Install".
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
Install the tilt link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Link - Install".
