Disconnect ground strap (8) from shield assembly (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (9) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to shield assembly (2). The weight of shield assembly (2) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Remove bolts (10) and shield assembly (2) .

Remove panel (11) from both sides.

Disconnect hose assemblies (12), (15), (13), and hose (14) .

Disconnect hose assembly (16) .

Disconnect cable assembly (18) and clamp (17). Disconnect harness assembly (19) and ground strap (20) .

Disconnect harness assembly (21) and clip (22) .

Disconnect harness assembly (23). Remove all cable straps that connect harness assembly (23) to harness assembly (21). Disconnect hose (24) and clip (25) .

Place suitable cribbing on the platforms of the tractor. Place a suitable bar directly over the lifting point on transmission (6). The suitable bar should be long enough to be supported by the suitable cribbing as shown in Illustration 14.
Attach Tooling (B) to transmission (26) and the suitable bar. The weight of transmission (26) is approximately 975 kg (2150 lb).Note: The suitable bar, cribbing, and Tooling (B) will not have to support the entire weight of transmission (26). The transmission mounts will help support transmission (26) .

Attach Tooling (D) and (C) to engine (27). The weight of engine (27) is approximately 1406 kg (3100 lb).
Remove 12 bolts (28) from transmission (26) .
Remove mount bolts (29) and engine (27) .Installation Procedure
Install engine (27) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (29) to a torque of 895 102 N m (660 75 lb ft).
