Apply Tooling (C) to the bores of the lift arms.
Attach a suitable lifting device to bucket (5). The weight of bucket (5) is approximately 2200 kg (4850 lb). Align the bores in bucket (5) with the bores in the lift arms.

Install shims (9) as required.

Install three caps (10) to the collets.

Install three bungs (11) to the collets.

Apply Tooling (D) to the inside diameter and the outside diameter of collet (7) and collet (12) .
Install collet (7) and collet (12) .
Apply Tooling (D) to the threads of bolt (6) .
Install bolt (6), the washers and nut (13) .Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the other when the bolt is tight.
Tighten bolt (6) and nut (13) to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1330 150 lb ft). After the bolt and nut are tight, hit the collet on each side with a heavy hammer until the torque on the bolt and the nut is less than 950 N m (700 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (6) and nut (13) again to a torque of 1800 200 N m (1330 150 lb ft). After the bolt and nut are tight, hit the collet on each side until the torque on the bolt and the nut is less than 1600 N m (1180 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (6) and nut (13) to a final torque of 1800 200 N m (1330 150 lb ft).
Repeat Step 3 through Step 13 for the pin assembly on the other side.Note: At the end of 50 service hours, repeat Step 11 through Step 13 for both pin assemblies.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt link (3). The weight of tilt link (3) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb).
Align the bores of tilt link (3) and the bucket.
Install pin (4) .

Apply Tooling (D) to the inside diameter and the outside diameter of collet (2).
Install collet (2) .

Apply Tooling (D) to the threads of bolt (1) .
Install bolt (1) and the washer.
Repeat Step 19 through Step 22 for the collet on the other side.Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the other when the bolts are tight.
Tighten two bolts (1) evenly to a torque of 870 110 N m (640
