Your machine may be equipped with a stump treatment system. The system applies a coating of treatment to the remaining stumps. This will prevent disease from spreading through the roots to other trees that have not been processed. The reservoir for the stump treatment system is located on the front of the machine.The stumps are sprayed with treatment. A hydraulic pump draws the treatment from the reservoir. The treatment travels through one hose to the harvester head. The treatment travels through the attachment for the saw bar. A special saw bar is required in order to use the stump treatment system.The stump treatment system is controlled by the measuring and control system for the harvester head.
