Return Filter Location
(5) Return filter.Return filter (5) is mounted in the top of the hydraulic tank. Return oil from all the systems except the auxiliary system flows through the return filter before returning to the hydraulic tank. Access is gained by lifting the floor pan near the left operator control station.
Hydraulic Oil Cooler Location
(7) Hydraulic oil cooler.Hydraulic oil cooler (7) is mounted is mounted outside of the engine radiator. It cools the hydraulic oil that flows from the vibration system and the conveyor systems before the oil returns to the hydraulic tank.Access to the oil cooler is through a door on the left side of the machine.Circuit Flow

(1) Vibration pump. (2) Pressure relief valve. (3) Vibration motor control manifold. (4) Vibration motors. (5) Return filter. (6) Suction strainer. (7) Hydraulic oil cooler. (8) Vibration motors. (9) Hydraulic tank.Oil flows from hydraulic tank (9), through suction strainer (6) (located inside the hydraulic tank) to vibration pump (1). The vibration pump sends the oil through the hydraulic oil lines to pressure relief valve (2).When a screed is attached to the tractor, the vibration motor oil supply line hose is connected to the supply line quick disconnect coupling mounted near the rear wall of the tractor. The other end of the supply line hose is attached to vibration motor control manifold (3) (part of the screed).The return line hose (part of the tractor) is connected to the return line quick disconnect coupling. The return line quick disconnect coupling is part of the vibration motor control manifold. One end of the return line hose is attached to the return line at the rear wall of the tractor. The return line quick disconnect fitting is attached to the other end of the return line hose.Oil flows past pressure relief valve (2), the supply line hose, and the vibration motor control manifold to vibration motors (4) and (8). The oil passes through the vibration motors, the vibration motor control manifold, the return line hose, and then to oil cooler (7).When no screed is attached to the tractor, the return line hose is connected to the supply quick disconnect. The oil flows past the pressure relief valve, the supply quick disconnect coupling, the return line hose, the return line, and then to oil cooler (7).After the oil passes through the hydraulic oil cooler it goes to return filter (5), then back into the hydraulic tank.Vibration Pump
Components Of Vibration Pump
(1) Bushings. (2) Body. (3) Driven gear. (4) Drive gear. (5) Outlet port. (6) Bushings. (7) Mounting flange.The vibration pump is a left hand rotation, gear type, single stage hydraulic pump.Located inside body (2) is drive gear (4), driven gear (3), bushings (1) and bushings (6). The two gears ride in the bushings. The bushings are lubricated by the oil being pumped by the gears. Mounting flange (7) is bolted to the auxiliary system hydraulic pump. The vibration pump is driven by the auxiliary pump. The splines on the vibration pump drive gear mesh
