This service letter can only be implemented after following the trouble shooting section of Service Manual KENR2790 and assuring the E-PROM chips are seated and tie wrapped in place per previous instructions. Retain documentation of this trouble shooting in the dealer's records for audit purposes.
Refer to the attached illustrations and the Service Manual as required to replace the flowmeter and related parts.

All dealers are to make sure the outside of the shipping container is marked PS50223. Also, attach a tag to each flowmeter that has the Dealer Code and Machine Serial Number that it was removed from written on it.
