( 1 ) D10T OnlyNote: D10T machines with serial numbers RJG1000-UP, currently have the 303-6341 Fuel Level Sensor Gp. The 303-6341 Fuel Level Sensor Gp is now identical to the existing 124-9325 Fuel Level Sensor Gp. The future plan is to cancel the 303-6341 Fuel Level Sensor Gp and replace it with the 124-9325 Fuel Level Sensor Gp .Note: Finger tighten the four mounting bolts. Make sure to include hard washers under the head of the bolt. Tighten (in a cross pattern) the four metric mounting bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (40.57 7.38 lb ft). Make sure to avoid pinching or cutting the 6V-5051 O-Ring Seal .Note: Three visual characteristics shown in these illustrations differentiates the former design from the new design.
Replaced the screws on the outer housing with plastic inserts
Added through holes in the plastic housing
Made new counter-bored sleeves with increased lengthReferenceRefer to Illustrations 1 and 2 to determine if a replacement is necessary.
