Information:
Sudden movement of the machine or release of oil under pressure can cause serious injury to persons on or near the machine. To prevent possible injury, perform the procedure that follows before testing and adjusting the hydraulic system.
Perform the procedure in Steps 1 through 4 before you perform the test procedure:
Park the machine on a level area that is clear from all equipment and material.
Verify that the service brake system and the parking brake system are in good working order.
Block the drive wheels in both directions.
Apply the parking brake.

Left Side of Front Propel Pump (1) Front propel pump (2) Charge supplement line (3) Location for disconnecting the line
Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.
Disconnect charge supplement line (2) from front propel pump (1) at location (3). The charge supplement line connects the front propel pump to the rear propel pump. The two pumps should be isolated for this procedure.
Use 6V-9830 Cap As in order to cap front propel pump (1). Use 6V-9509 Face Seal Plug in order to plug charge supplement line (2) .

Manual Override for Front Propel Pump (10) Plunger for EDC coil (REVERSE) (11) Plunger for EDC coil (FORWARD)
Depress plunger (11) on EDC coil (9) in order to stroke the pump.
The pressure reading at front loop port (5) should be 41400 kPa (6000 psi). If the pressure is not within this limit, an adjustment needs to be made.

The Multifunction Valves are Located on the Left Side of the Front Propel Pump. (12) Adjustment screw (REVERSE) (13) Locknut (14) Locknut (15) Adjustment screw (FORWARD)
Locate adjustment screw (12) and adjustment screw (15) on the left side of the front propel pump.
Loosen locknut (14) .
Use an allen wrench in order to adjust forward adjustment screw (15). Turning the screw clockwise will increase the pressure. Turning the screw counterclockwise will decrease the pressure. Turning the screw by one revolution will change the pressure approximately 9300 kPa (1350 psi). Adjust screw (15) until the correct pressure is met.Reverse Direction
Repeat Steps 7 through 16 in order to test the reverse direction. Pressure will be read on front loop port
