3     2     077-3005 Shim     As required, use the shims in order to have a maximum total allowable gap of
1.5 mm (0.06 inch). Distribute the shims equally on both sides.
Thickness of one shim is
3.5 mm (0.14 inch).    
4     4     136-3034 Bearing     Before assembly, apply green Loctite 609 to the bearing surfaces.
Before installation, bore diameter is
50.9397 to 51.0413 mm (2.00550 to 2.00950 inch).    
5     1     136-3037 Pin As     Diameter is
50.75 to 50.85 mm (1.998 to 2.002 inch).    
6     2     1B-4157 Nut     Tighten the nut to nearest hole and insert the spring pin (7).
Torque to
100 10 N m (74 7 lb ft).    
8     4     077-3005 Shim     As required, use the shims in order to have a maximum total allowable gap of
1.5 mm (0.06 inch). Distribute the shims equally on both sides.
Thickness of one shim is
3.5 mm (0.14 inch).    
9     1     136-3039 Pin As     Diameter is
50.77 0.03 mm (1.999 0.001 inch).
