Remove flexible exhaust pipe.

Disconnect hoses (1) and (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and tube assembly (6).
Remove nuts (9) and position back pressure valve (8) out of the way.
Disconnect tube assembly (5) and position out of the way.
Remove bolts (3) and (7). Remove exhaust manifold and turbocharger (4) .

Remove nuts (11) and turbocharger (12) .Installation Procedure

Install the turbocharger (12) in the reverse order of removal.
Install new gaskets for the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold.
Apply Tooling (A) to the turbocharger mounting studs.
Tighten nuts (11) to a torque of 44 N m (33 lb ft).

Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 44 N m (33 lb ft) in sequence shown in illustration 4.
