Information:

1. Remove clip (3), disconnect gas line (2) at coupler (4). Disconnect small bleed line (1). 2. Disconnect linkage (5) from the carburetor. 3. Remove air intake manifold (7) by removing bolts (6). 4. Remove nuts (8) and remove carburetor (9). Inspect the gasket.Install Carburetor
1. Install a new gasket on the carburetor if necessary.2. Put carburetor (1) in position and install nuts (2). 3. Install the air intake manifold (3). 4. Connect linkage (4) to the carburetor. 5. Connect gas line (6) at coupler (8). Connect small bleed line (5) and install clip (7).Disassemble Carburetor
Start By:a. remove carburetor 1. Remove carburetor supply pipe (1). 2. Remove throttle plate assembly (2) from the main carburetor body. 3. Remove two screws (3) from the throttle plate. 4. Remove lever shaft (4), throttle plate (6), washer (5) and stop (7) from the body. 5. Remove bearings (8) from the throttle plate body. 6. Remove screws (9) on plate. 7. Remove plate (12), spring (11) and diaphragm (10). 8. Remove screws (13) from the diaphragm assembly. 9. Make a separation between plate (17), diaphragm (16), spacer (15) and manifold (14).Assemble Carburetor
1. Install spacer (2), diaphragm (3) and plate (4) on manifold (1). 2. Install screws (5) on the diaphragm assembly. 3. Install diaphragm assembly (6), spring (7) and cover (8) on carburetor body. 4. Install screws (9) in cover (8). 5. Remove bearings (10) from throttle plate body. 6. Install lever shaft (11) in throttle plate body. Install washer (12) and stop (13) on the shaft. 7. Install throttle plate (14) and screws (15). 8. Install throttle plate body assembly (16) on the main carburetor body. 9. Put 5P3413 Pipe Sealant on the threads of the carburetor supply pipe. Install supply pipe (17) on the carburetor assembly.End By:a. install carburetor
