Installation Procedure
Note: Check the condition of the O-ring seal and check the condition of the gasket. Replace the O-ring seal if the seal is damaged. Replace the gasket if the gasket is damaged.

Put water pump (7) in position on the hose and the timing gear cover. Install bolts (6) .
Put a new gasket on elbow (4). Put the elbow in position on the hose and the water pump. Install bolts (3) and (5) .

Tighten hose clamps (1) and (2) .
Fill the cooling system to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7001, "Cooling System" for the correct filling procedure.
Install the guard assembly and the lower access panel onto the left hand side of the machine.
