ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine to ensure the system pressure is released.
The release of hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic circuit is required before service is performed to that hydraulic circuit. Release the pressure in the stick hydraulic circuits before any hydraulic lines are disconnected or removed from that hydraulic circuit.
Replace the existing 270-5731 Relief Valve with a new 486-3207 Relief Valve Group. Refer to Image1.
Tighten the relieve valve to a specified torque of 95 +/- 14 N.m.
