Installation Procedure of the Turbocharger Housing

Install the gasket (not shown) on the exhaust manifold.
Install turbocharger housing (20) .
Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the mounting studs. Install two nuts (19) on each stud. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 54 5 N m (39.8 3.7 lb ft).

Install gasket (18) .
Connect exhaust tube (17) to the turbocharger housing.

Tighten exhaust clamp (16) .

Install inner nuts (15). Install outer nuts (14) .Installation Procedure of the Turbocharger Cartridge

Install gasket (13) for the oil line.

Install turbocharger cartridge (12) .
Install the bolt and nut (11) in order to install the clamp.

Install washers (10) and bolt (9) in the oil line.

Connect oil line (8) .
Install the washers and bolts (7) in order to connect the oil line.

Install heat shield (6). Install the washers and bolts (5) .

Connect air line (4). Tighten hose clamp (3) .
Connect air line (2). Tighten hose clamp (1) .
Close the engine hood.
