The sensor (1) detects the temperature of the engine coolant. Then, the sensor sends the signal to the control panel. The engine coolant flows into the heater core. The sensor is installed at the back side of the heater core. The sensor can be removed by pulling.

The sensor (2) detects the temperature in the cab. The sensor sends the signal to the control panel. The sensor is installed at the inlet for recirculating air. The sensor can be removed by removing the clamp.
