Note: The required amount of loom (8) is 114 cm (45.0 inch).Note: After building the harness (16) from Table 1, the harness should be encased in loom (8) before being installed. Refer to Illustration 15 for the location of loom (8) .Note: Refer to Illustration 15 for the overall configuration of the wiring harness.Note: Create two sets of connectors by performing Step 1 twice.
By using one plug lock wedge (1) and one arc suppressor (3) and one connector plug (4), build the connector for the arc suppressor's connection.Note: The required length of wire is 160 cm (63.0 inch).
Construct the harness by using electrical wires (9), (10), (11),and (12) .
Cut off a portion of wire from all four wires in order to be comparative in length to the length of the strand that goes to both of the arc suppressor. Refer to Illustration 15 for the location of the splice.Note: Use heat shrinking tube (13) at the connection of the splices.
Attach one connector socket (7) to all four wires that were spliced in the previous step.
Attach one connector socket (7) to both ends of electrical wire (9) .
Attach one connector socket (7) to the end of electrical wire (10), (11),and (12) for the arc suppressor. Refer to Illustration 15.
Attach one connector pin (6) to the "C2" end of electrical wire (10), (11), and (12) .
Attach one connector that was created in Step 1 to electrical wires (11) and (12) that have the connector socket (7) pins. The connector is designated "C19".
Attach one connector that was created in Step 1 to electrical wires (9) and (10) that have connector socket (7) pins.
By using one connector plug (5) and one plug lock wedge (2), create one connector in order to be used for the strand that was created in Step 3. The connector is designated "C6".
Connect the connector "C6" that was created in Step 10 to the solenoid on control manifold (11) of Table 1.
Connect "C19" into arc suppressor (3) .
Connect "C20" into arc suppressor (3) .
Connect pin 10 and pin 11 and pin 12 into the existing "C2" connector.
Connect pin 12 to the existing "C1" connection.Note: Refer to Illustration 15 for pin connections and connector locations.Installation Procedure of 171-1512 Implement Lock Switch or 192-7625 Implement Lock Switch

Remove the cover from a spare opening for a switch.
Locate the connector for the quick coupler. Attach the connector to implement lock switch (9) .
Install switch (9) into the opening in the console.Note: For older machines that might have a different harness connection, use implement lock switch (4) that is supplied in the kit.Check the System
