PARTS DISPOSITION

Rework Procedure
Disassemble step 1: Remove two nuts of the slide handle with double offset ring spanner and then remove the slide handle.
Disassemble step 2: Remove four bolts of slide with internal hexagonal wrench.
Disassemble step 3: Remove two screws of the cushion by cross screwdriver.
Disassemble step 4: Remove six screws of the backrest by cross screwdriver.
Disassemble step 5: Remove the bolt by spanner, and remove the right cover.
Disassemble step 6: Remove the screws which used to fix plastic handle of recliner by cross screwdriver and then remove the plastic handle and left cover.

Assemble step 1: Assemble left cover on the recliner frame, then assemble the plastic handle, tighten by screws.
Assemble step 2: Assemble right cover on the torsional spring baseplate assembly at first; then tighten seatbelt bracket assembly by bush and seatbelt bolt. The torque value of seatbelt bolt is 70 +/- 15 N.M.
Assemble step 3: Assemble backrest on the frame and then fix it with six pan head screws.
Assemble step 4: Assemble cushion on the frame, fix it by two cross recess pan head screws.
Assemble step 5: Put the big gasket, left and right upper slide, and flat washer and screws on the slide mounting holes, fix the slide on the seat assembly; when it is qualified after tested by slide tooling, tighten the screws. The torque value of M8 bolt is 28 +/- 7 N.M.
Assemble step 6: Assemble the slide handle to the slideway, tighten it with M6 nuts.
