Apply a 6 mm (0.24 inch) high triangular bead of SikaR Adhesive (8) around the perimeter of the cab door group (A). Cutting a groove into the tip of the tube of SikaR Adhesive (8) will help in the even application of sealant. One cab door group will use approximately one tube of SikaR Adhesive (8) .Note: Structural adhesive such as LoctiteR H8700 can be used to bond the frame to the door. This adhesive could form a permanent bond. It could be very difficult to remove this bond.
