Disconnect cables (20) and pull cables (20) through the electrical cabinet.

Remove cable straps (21) and disconnect harness assemblies (22). Position harness assemblies (22) out of the way.

Attach a suitable lifting device to generator (24). The weight of generator (24) is approximately 454 kg (1000 lb).

Remove bracket (27) and gauge (28) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (29) and (30) .

Disconnect hose assembly (32) and remove mounting hardware.

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom (1). The weight of boom (1) is approximately 3402 kg (7500 lb).

Remove bolt (33) .

Install Tooling (C), as shown. Use a suitable lifting device to support the weight of Tooling (C). The weight of Tooling (E) is approximately 215 kg (475 lb).

Pull pin assembly (34) until pin assembly (34) is halfway in the receiving sleeve. Attach a suitable chain around the receiving sleeve in order to keep pin assembly (34) from falling. Remove pin assembly (34) .Note: Record the quantity and the location of the shims that are between boom (1) and the frame.
Remove Boom (1). The weight of boom (1) is approximately 3402 kg (7500 lb).
