Position quick coupler (1) onto Tooling (A), as shown.
Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Disconnect hose assemblies (2).

Remove pins (3) and remove cylinder (4).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt link (5). The weight of tilt link (5) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).

Remove pin assembly (6) and lower tilt link (5) to the ground.

Disconnect brackets (7) from both sides of quick coupler (1).

Turn valve assemblies (8) and (9) to the OFF position.
Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (11).

Typical example
Attach a suitable lifting device to quick coupler (1). The weight of quick coupler (1) is approximately 590 kg (1,300 lb). Remove bolts (12) and pin assemblies (13) from both sides.
Remove quick coupler (1). Installation Procedure
Install quick coupler (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Use Tooling (B) to install pin assembly (6).
Use Tooling (C) to install pins (13)
