(5) Service brake control valve. (10) Priority flow control valve.The piston pump provides the hydraulic oil that is required to operate the braking, steering, and the implement systems. Oil is sent from the piston pump to priority flow control valve (10). The priority valve is attached to the hydraulic control valve for the steering and implement systems.Priority flow control valve (10) sequentially supplies hydraulic oil to accumulator charging valve (1) for the braking system, to the steering system, and to the implement system. A relief valve in the priority valve limits the maximum pressure of the oil that flows to accumulator charging valve (1) to 16200 350 kPa (2350 50 psi).Accumulator charging valve (1) controls the amount of oil that flows to brake accumulators (2) and (3). Accumulator charging valve (1) contains a load sensing spool, an inverse shuttle check valve, and a check valve.The check valve prevents oil from flowing back through the accumulator charging valve and to the pump.Pressure oil flows through the inverse shuttle check valve to the brake accumulators. The inverse shuttle check valve keeps the oil flow between the two brake accumulators separate. This valve is designed to charge each brake accumulator that falls below the pressure which is set by the charge control.The third port in the inverse shuttle check valve is used to connect brake accumulator pressure switch (17). Brake accumulator pressure switch (17) alerts the operator when there is inadequate pressure in brake accumulators (2) and (3) .Pressurized oil then flows from the inverse shuttle check valve in accumulator charging valve (1) to the oil end of brake accumulators (2) and (3). This puts compression on the dry nitrogen until the oil pressure reaches 14485 345 kPa (2100 50 psi). The oil also flows to service brake control valve (5) .Service Brakes
