PROBLEM
The existing breaker labels may have been installed in the wrong positions on certain UPS 500G, and UPS 600G UPS Uninterruptible Power Supplies equipped with the Utility Maintenance Bypass (UMB) option. If the existing location of the breaker labels is incorrect, it could lead to improper operation of the system when going to Maintenance Bypass and cause the customer load to be dropped.

ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect the UMB Breaker labels to ensure proper location as per Image 1.
The Bypass Input Switch (BIS) is located at the upper righthand side of the UMB cabinet.
The Maintenance Isolation Switch (MIS) is located at the lower lefthand side of the UMB cabinet.
The Maintenance Bypass Switch (MBP) is located at the lower righthand side of the UMB cabinet.
Replace with new labels if needed.
