Install valve (41).

Install the O-ring seals and block (34), retainer (35), spring (36), thick shims (37), shims (38), retainer (39), and screw (40). Tighten screw (41) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in) Note: Use as required to obtain an 89 N m (66 lb ft) preload with retainer flush with housing. Use at least three shims, assemble with thick shims next to spring.

Install plug (34), plug (33), and screen (32). Tighten screen (32) to a torque of 13 3 N m (115 27 lb in). Repeat for opposite side.

Install the O-ring seals and housing (31). Repeat for opposite side.

Install plug assembly (30), bushing (29), bushing (28), spring (27), O-ring seal (26), backup rings and O-ring seals (25), body (24), valve (23), spring (22), washers (21), O-ring seal (20), retainer assembly (19), and nut (18). Tighten nut (18) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft). To adjust relief valve setting loosen nut (18) reposition retainer (19) and retighten nut (18) to a torque of 50 7 N m (37 5 lb ft).

Install valve (17). Tighten valve (17) to a torque of 145 10 N m (107 7 lb ft)

Install spring (12), valve (11), valve (10), spring (9), washers (8), the O-ring seals, and sleeve (7).
