3461 - 09 Computer Aided Earth Moving System (CAES) - Abnormal Update Rate CAN and Ethernet troubleshooting between G610 and RCM
3710 - 09 Office Site Management System - Abnormal Update Rate Wireless communications link issue use Ethernet troubleshooting procedures.
3724 - 09 Autonomous Control Module #1 - Abnormal Update Rate Ethernet link between RCM and Planner is not working.
3734 - 09 Autonomous Stop Receiver #1 - Abnormal Update Rate CAN link between RCM and A-Stop receiver.
3900 - 09 Ethernet Data Link #1 - Abnormal Update Rate The RCM cannot communicate with anything over the ethernet connection.
4563 - 09 Ethernet Router - Abnormal Update Rate The RCM cannot communicate with the router. Operator Station Control Module (ECM)

0475 - 09 Customer Interface Module #1 - Abnormal Update Rate Loss of ethernet communications with the operator station PC.
4563 - 09 Ethernet Router - Abnormal Update Rate The Operator Station ECM cannot communicate with the Operator Station router. Diagnostic Trouble Code Procedure
Note: Prior to beginning this procedure, inspect the harness connectors that are involved in the circuit. Poor connections can often be the cause of a problem in an electrical circuit. Verify that all connections in the circuit are clean, secure and in good condition. If a problem with a connection is found, correct the problem and verify that this diagnostic code is active before performing this procedure.
Identify the active FMI code associated with the components.
Determine which code is present and use the list below to determine which procedure to follow.

1. Troubleshoot the Site Network and Routers.
A. Troubleshoot the site network and routers with the local IT.
Onsite network is found to be in acceptable working order. OK - Onsite network is found to be in acceptable working order. Contact Caterpillar Technical Support for further support on this issue.

NOT OK - Network issues discovered.
Repair: Work with local network administrators to repair network.
