5. Start the engine.
6. Press the main menu key.
7. Press the right key or the left key in order to highlight the "SETTING" menu and press the OK key.
8. Press the up key or the down key in order to highlight the "WORK TOOL SELECT" menu and press the OK key.
9. Press the up key or the down key in order to highlight the "CONFIG.3" menu. Set the "AUX TOOL MODE" to H120 and press the OK key.
10. Press the main menu key. The screen will change to main menu.
11. Press the right key or the left key in order to highlight "SERVICE" and press the OK key.
12. When the "PASSWORD" screen appears, press the right key or the left key in order to scroll through the characters. When the desired character is highlight, press the OK key. Enter the password "FFF2" by using the up key, the down key, the right key, or the left key. After the password has been entered, the "SERVICE" screen should appear.
13. From the "SERVICE" menu, press the up key or the down key in order to highlight the "CALIBRATIONS" and the OK key.
14. From the "CARIBRATIONS" menu, press the right key or the left key in order to highlight "FLOW LIMIT VALVE" and press the OK key.
15. From the "FLOW LIMIT VALVE" menu, press the right key or the left key in order to highlight "2PUMP FLOW LIMIT" and press the OK key. When the machine controller is ready for calibration, the screen will go to the next screen automatically.
16. Confirm that the flow meter is connected and press the OK key.
17. Confirm the machine is positioned on level ground and press the OK key.
18. Start calibration and the screen describes calibration. During calibration, operate the foot switch and hold, and press the OK key.
19. Adjust the Max. flow volume to 200 +/- 2 L/min at 16.0 +/- 0.5 MPa at the flow meter by using the right key or the left key while operating the foot switch. Then press the OK key.
20. Operate and hold the foot switch for activation, and press the OK key.
21. Adjust the Min. flow volume to 120 +/- 2 L/min at 16.0 +/- 0.6 MPa at the flow meter by using the right key or the left key while operating the foot switch. Then press the OK key.
22. The screen will change and the calibration has been completed.
23. Enter the Tool Program for each of the named Harness, H115, H120, H130. Ensure that the Combiner Valve is "enabled".
24. Select from the "Tool Program List" each of the named Hammers in turn. Verify that the pre-set parameter is with in specification, example H115=117MPa +-5%.
